Turning centre

Among its machinery, C.M.M., a company of the Bipres group, operates numerical control finishing lathes, automatic topping lathes, and large-sized lathes. We can turn every kind of iron (including stainless steel) and non-iron materials.

The maximus dimension we can turn on the new COMEV lathe is 1000 mm in diameter and 3000 mm in length.
We also turn using ceramic inserts on hardened steel in substitution for grinding, thus obtaining very low roughness values.
Among our machinery we also have a CNC GILDEMAISTER with a motor-driven spindle where we can work complex pieces without the help of workstations.

Additionally, the Bipres group has a new workstation that features a SORALUCE SP 10000 milling machine with moving column, 10000x1200 table, tool storage capacity of 64 tools, orthogonal cutting at 90°, 180° and 270° and on inclined planes.
